Frequently asked questions

If you are a VIP member – a print reader of Colorado Community Media – nothing should change with our move to this new website. We’ve made some improvements to better manage your membership. For the first time, we’re offering monthly rates and discounted annual rates. More important, you’ll be able to renew online, using Stripe, a secure portal that’s been used by thousands of respected news and retail sites.

Of course, our helpful staffers will still be able to help you if you’d like to talk to a human. We’re happy to be the friendly voice on the other end of the line.

For those of you who receive a free newspaper on your driveway or porch, that delivery will not stop with this change. If you contributed to our giving campaign and received digital access, please read below for more information about how to get signed up.

Absolutely! If you had a subscription to one of our two dozen news sites, that access carries over here. There’s no additional signups or extra charges. Once you enter the coupon information you received in your email, you’ll have access to every locale that Colorado Community Media covers.
