Cortney Nacole Palm, a student at Castle Rock Middle School,
recently won second runner-up in the National Beauty Pageant. She
competed with 200 girls ages 13-15 for the Miss Junior Teen of
Denver title.
Hundreds of teenage girls from all over Colorado were
interviewed for the chance to compete.
Finalists were scored based on to their answers to a question
they chose.
Then winner four runners-up will all go to Orlando in December
for the national title competition.
