Volleyball: Brighton makes 5A regional field

AURORA -- Brighton High School drew the 16th seed and advanced to the regional playoff round Saturday, Nov. 6, at Highlands Ranch High School.

The host Falcons and Monarch High School also are in the tournament. The first match is at 9 a.m., but Brighton won't take the floor until 10:30 a.m. or so.

Two match wins gets the Bulldogs to next week's class 5A state tournament.
