Food trucks brought a feast for the palette, while acoustic bluegrass versions of country classics provided nourishment for the soul, at Street Food Social on June 17 in Lakewood's Belmar Shopping District.

From Greek to burgers, quesadillas to Cajun, there was something for nearly everyone's taste at this weekly, summer soiree hosted by event company Gum Pop Presents.

If shopping was more your bag, there were artisan goods galore. Throw in desserts and people watching — who could want more?

Fear not. If you missed it, Street Food Social will be held in Belmar from 5 to 9 p.m. Fridays through Sept. 30.
