Girls golf

DENVER -- Two members of Riverdale Ridge's golf team qualified for this year's 4A state meet.Freshman Alexis Yono finished with an even 100, good for 13th place overall, and junior Natali Solis-Franco finished with a 105, which put her in 18th place.

The top two teams and the top 13 finishers not on those teams earned spots in the state meet, which begins Monday, June 21, in Denver.

Sidney Mastalka took 35th after shooting a 113.

The Ravens placed seventh in the team standings.

Girls soccer

Riverdale Ridge blanked Roosevelt 7-0 in Thornton June 8. No stats were available.

RRHS finshed the season with a record of 6-4.


Riverdale Ridge beat Greeley West 10-4 in Greeley June 8. Caden Trujillo had a base hit and drove in three runs. Elijah Lofton had a base hit and a pair of RBIs, as did Dakota Pruitt. Ty Thompson had three hits, an RBI and allowed one run and four hits in four innings of pitching.

RRHS finished the season with a record of 10-6.
