Returning to a freshly renovated space, renowned French cookware company Le Creuset will open at the Colorado Mills shopping center in Lakewood, CO, on Saturday, March 2. Located at 14500 W. Colfax Ave. just seven miles west of downtown Denver, the new 1450 square-foot location will offer a range of Le Creuset cookware, bakeware, serveware and more. Shoppers will find the store next to Gap in the fashion district of the center. In honor of the opening, Le Creuset will offer shoppers a full line-up of activities and promotions March 2-3. All weekend, shoppers will enjoy special pricing on Le Creuset products, a gift with purchase (while supplies last), and the chance to register to win a colorful Le Creuset Dutch oven. A live cooking demonstration will take place both Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m., featuring acclaimed Denver chefs. Guests will enjoy food samples and can interact with the chef, asking questions and learning about their favorite Le Creuset cookware. The cooking demonstrations are free and open to the public. Le Creuset is proud to partner with local, Denver-area chefs for the grand opening event at Colorado Mills. On Saturday, March 2, Le Creuset welcomes Chef Jake Linzinmeir of Jovanina’s Broken Italian for a cooking demo at 2 p.m.. On Sunday, March 3 at 2 p.m., the cooking demo will be led by Jeff Osaka, culinary director and partner of several Denver restaurants including 12 @ Madison, Osaka Ramen, Sushi-Rama, The Denver Central Market and Tammen’s Fish Market.
