Five Educational Support Professionals have been recognized for their outstanding work in District 50 for the 2013-14 school year. They will be honored by the Board of Education. The employees were nominated by their supervisors, who were asked to identify the special qualities that these employees bring to the job and how they go “above or beyond” the expected work of district staff. The employees chosen were: Cynthia Qualls, librarian at Flynn Elementary School, Marilyn Ellsworth, secretary to the principal at the Early Childhood Center, Julie Thompson, special services administrative assistant and Dave Taylor in warehouse purchasing and materials management
