Best Thai Food - Wild Ginger

What they do

Wild Ginger serves traditional Thai cuisine with a cozy, neighborhood feel. They have many regulars who have been coming to the restaurant since it opened. Meals are served at the customer’s desired spice level of mild, medium, or hot. Pad Thai and drunken noodles are popular choices at the restaurant. Wild Ginger also specializes in kow soi, a northern-style coconut curry with chicken and egg noodles. Customers have the option of sitting at a table with chairs or sitting on the floor with crossed legs at a traditional table.

Somsak Damrongsang opened Wild Ginger about 25 years ago. A Thailand native, he brought traditional recipes to the restaurant located in Littleton. After COVID, Wild Ginger’s customers from offices nearby declined as people started working from home, but they are still busy on the weekends.
