Sonya Ellingboe has been writing about area arts and entertainment and sometimes local history since 1986. She has lived in Littleton since 1956 and has four adult children and nine grandchildren — plus a very new great-granddaughter.

Sonya loves to attend theater, fine arts and musical events, exhibits and performances and enjoys visiting Hudson Gardens and Denver Botanic Gardens in season and look for birds. She is a founding member of Historic Littleton Inc., and owned a bookstore in Littleton for 16 years, prior to 1986.
