Here are the police reports for Nov. 4  to Nov. 10  to the Fort Lupton Police Department. Not every call made to the police is not listed on this report.

Nov. 4

A Fort Lupton man, 46, reported a theft in the 100 block of Denver Avenue.  The case was under investigation.

Police arrested a Fort Lupton woman, 38, in the 1000 block of Mountview Avenue for harassment and child abuse. She was held on bond at the Weld County Jail.  

A Greeley man, 60, reported his tools stolen in the 1300 block of Factory Circle. The case was under investigation.

Nov. 5

Police arrested a male transient in the 1300 block of Reynolds Street on an Aurora PD warrant for failure to appear on an assault charge.  He was held on bond at the Weld County Jail.

A Broomfield man, 51, reported a burglary at Dales Pharmacy in Fort Lupton in the 100 block of Dales Place.

Nov. 7

Police took a Greeley man into custody at U.S. Highway 85 & Weld County Road 22 on a Weld County warrant for failure to comply with a condition of probation. He was held on bond at the Weld County Jail.

A Fort Lupton man, 38, reported his trailer stolen in the 2100 block of South Denver Avenue. The case was under investigation.

Police arrested a Fort Lupton man, 35, in the 100 block of McKinley Avenue on a warrant out of Lakewood for driving while his license was revoked and a Jefferson County warrant for failure to comply with court orders on a driving while license was revoked charge. He was held on bond at the Weld County Jail.

Nov. 8

Police issued a summons to a Fort Lupton woman, 37, for a vicious dog running at large that was not rabies vaccinated at 25th & Grand.

A Fort Lupton man, 54, was arrested in the 100 block of McKinley Avenue on a Fort Lupton warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge. He was released on a personal recognizance bond.

Police arrested a Fort Lupton man, 37, in the 800 block of Rollie Avenue on a warrant for failure to appear for public order crimes. He was released on a personal recognizance bond.

Nov. 10

A Longmont man, 23, was arrested at U.S. High Way 85 & Weld County Road 8 for speeding, having no valid driver’s license, open container, and DUI. He was held on bond at the Weld County Jail.
