Costumed Halloween trick-or-treaters swarmed along Northglenn’s Kennedy Avenue, gathering treats, doing tricks and showing off their alter egos for the city’s annual Safe Street event.

The annual spooky celebration featured an obstacle course and music as well as several city blocks of trick-or-treat station. The theme this year, on Oct. 15, was the “Stranger Things” series. Many of the stations had a retro-1980s look.
