The City of Lone Tree will host a town hall on Wednesday, Oct. 12, from 7–8 p.m. at the Lone Tree Arts Center, located at 10075 Commons St.

The city invites residents to attend and learn about a range of topics, including public safety, infrastructure improvements and development updates. It will feature Mayor Jackie Millet, city council members and city staff, according to the city’s website.

Planned discussion topics include updates about the 2021 ballot question 2E, which asked voters if Lone Tree’s sales tax should be increased by 1%.

Information about the upcoming development on the east side of Interstate 25 will also be shared. The planned RidgeGate East development includes building an 80-acre regional park, a 400-acre Lone Tree City Center, commercial districts, schools and three residential villages.

Residents can also ask questions for the city officials to answer. Those interested in registering for the town hall and submitting a question can fill out the online form at bit.ly/COLTtownhall2022.
