Chocolate-filled plastic eggs in several rainbows-worth of colors were the goal as Brighton hosted the annual Easter Egg Dash April 9 at the Brighton Recreation Center.
The city had separate areas set up for different ages, include an area for todders. Once the eggs had been claimed at the individual dashs, Brighton Recreation staff pushed the crowd back to the edges while a helicopter flew in and delivered one a last load of eggs.
