Tuesday, March 22 — Idaho Springs police took reports of an alleged unwanted sexual contact incident in the 300 block of Soda Creek Road. The investigation remains open.

Wednesday, March 23 — Idaho Springs police responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 2800 block of Colorado Boulevard. During the investigation, police found that the passenger of the at-fault vehicle had an active warrant out of the Denver Marshal’s Office. She was taken into custody on the warrant.

Wednesday, March 23 — Idaho Springs police and Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 300 block of Soda Creek Road for reports of an unresponsive man. Deputies arrived first and performed CPR until medical staff arrived and took over.

Thursday, March 24 — Georgetown police responded to an intoxicated person in the downtown area. The person was taken to a detox facility.

Thursday, March 24 — Idaho Springs police assisted Sheriff’s deputies with a call in the 2900 block of Colorado Boulevard. Officer recognized a woman who had an active warrant for failure to appear in the county. She was arrested.

Saturday, March 26 — Georgetown police responded to a stranded woman in the 1500 block of Argentine Street. After several conversations with her, police determined she was dealing with mental health and drug withdrawal issues. She was transported to a hospital.

Saturday, March 26 — Idaho Springs police officers responded to an unconscious woman in the 2600 block of Colorado Boulevard. After arriving, officers determined the woman was deceased. No foul play is suspected.

Sunday, March 27 — Georgetown police responded to an unwanted-person call at a market. The person was trespassed from the property.

Sunday, March 27 — An Idaho Springs officer responded to a theft in the 2600 block of Colorado Boulevard. While stocking shelves at a convenience store, an employee left more than $50 of merchandise unattended, and an unknown suspect stole the merchandise. ISPD is reviewing security footage for suspects.
