Pulte Homes, the nation’s third-largest homebuilder, is returning to the Colorado market as a builder with Sterling Ranch, according to a news release from the community.
“The addition of Pulte Homes to our impressive list of homebuilders will provide our buyers with even more options to choose from within our master planned community,” said Brock Smethills, president of the Sterling Ranch Development Co., according to the release.
Pulte Homes will purchase 197 homesites in Sterling Ranch over the course of two phases. Seventy-eight were purchased in December 2020, and the remaining 119 homesites are anticipated to close by June 202.
The Pulte Homes offering will feature one and two-story single-family home designs with flexible, open living spaces situated on large homesites, as well as unique alley-loaded three-story townhomes.

Sales of these homes are anticipated to begin in late 2021 or early 2022. Details regarding floor plans, home sizes and prices will be made available at a later date, according to the release.
New homes in Sterling Ranch are available for sale now by Richmond American Homes, TRI Pointe and Taylor Morrison, Dream Finders Homes, Lennar and Parkwood Homes.
