Brighton police are investigating a shooting Dec. 22 that left three people injured.
At 11:40 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance at 131 W. Egbert St., where they found two males with gunshot and knife wounds, a press release said. Shortly thereafter, Weld County sheriff’s deputies found a third male at Weld County Road 4 and Colorado Boulevard with similar injuries.
Brighton PD isn’t disclosing names or recommending any charges at the moment. The department encourages people with information about the incident to contact Detective Katie Arehart at 720-685-7317.
