Mona Kirkpatrick, 61, of Fort Lupton, received a summons at U.S. Highway 85 and Weld County Road 22.6 for DUI, careless driving and no insurance.
Juan Guajardo, 19, of Fort Lupton, received a summons at Main and 14th streets for DUI, driving without a valid driver’s license, failed to present insurance, minor in possession of alcohol, open container and speeding 25-39 mph over the limit.
Oct. 18
Lucia Martinez-Mendez, 54, of Fort Lupton, received a summons for careless driving and under restraint as habitual traffic offender in the 1300 block of Dexter Avenue.
Catlin Garcia, 32, of Fort Lupton, reported a stolen motorcycle, and Salvador Garcia, 61, of Fort Lupton, also reported a stolen bicycle in the 900 block of Platte Drive.
Erika Meyer, 33, of Fort Lupton reported an assault in the 700 block of Denver Avenue. Case was under investigation.
Tatiana Torrez, 20, of Greeley, received a summon for careless driving at U.S. Highway 85 and mile marker 248.
Oct. 19
Christopher Shenk, 32, of Denver, reported a theft of groceries in the amount from $150 to $200 from the Safeway store in the 1300 block of Dexter Street.
Oct. 20
Rogelio Padilla-Gordillo, 62, of Fort Lupton, reported the theft of a vehicle in 2300 block South Denver Avenue. The case was under investigation.
Everette Velasquez, 30, of Fort Lupton, was taken into custody in the 200 block of McKinley Avenue for a Weld County Sheriff protection order and also an Adams County warrant for domestic violence. He was held on bond at the Weld County Jail.
Police arrested Miriam Posada, 24, of Fort Lupton, on a warrant out of the Fort Worth, Texas, Police Department for burglary. He was held on bond at the Weld County Jail.
Rigolee Castaneda-Jimenez, 42, received a summons in the 1200 block of Fifth Street for a dog running at large and license and vaccination violations.
Casandra Martinez, 32, of Fort Lupton, reported a hit-and-run traffic accident in the 1000 block of Lancaster Avenue. The case was under investigation.
Tito Solis Jr., 34, of Northglenn, received a summons after a welfare check in the 1300 block of Weld County Road 8. The summons was for driving while license was under restraint and revoked and displaying a fictitious plate.

Iris Delgado, 25, of Fort Lupton, received a summons for limitation on backing.
Oct. 22
Luis Gallegos, 71, of Fort Lupton, reported a vehicle break-in in the 400 block of Rollie Avenue. He lost $1,300 worth of tools. The case was under investigation.
Renee Heston, 61, of Fort Lupton, received a summons in the 200 block of Fulton Avenue for careless driving resulting in injury and failing to provide information after an accident involving injuries.
Oct. 23
Jason Priddy, 32, of Lakewood, received a summons in the 1300 Dexter Street for theft, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession drug paraphernalia.
Andy Pallaoro, 23, of Fort Lupton, was issued a summons after causing a disturbance. The summons was for third-degree assault, criminal mischief and harassment from an incident in the 900 block of Stage Drive.
Daniel Becerra, 60, of Fort Lupton, reported an attempted motor vehicle theft in the 400 block of Harrison Avenue. Case was under investigation.
Joel Esparza-Goiz, 41, of Fort Lupton, reported the theft of tools and stereo equipment from a vehicle in the 100 block of Second Avenue. Case was under investigation.
Frederico Garica-Iboa, 37 of Fort Lupton, received a summons for DUI, speeding and other related charges in the 2700 block of South Denver Avenue.
