• Tuesday, Oct. 6 — Georgetown police responded to a trespass and theft call in the 1600 block of Main Street. Someone entered a vehicle and took a wallet containing about $50 in cash.
• Wednesday, Oct. 7 — Idaho Springs officers were dispatched to a Riverside Drive residence to investigate a criminal mischief report. A neighbor allegedly cut the reporting party’s internet cable line deliberately and was issued mandatory appearance summons on suspicion of criminal tampering and harassment.
• Wednesday, Oct. 7 — Idaho Springs officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Miner Street after receiving a report of an intoxicated person. The person was located, identified and eventually left with a family member.
• Saturday, Oct. 10 — The Idaho Springs Police Department received a dispatch broadcast about a motorcycle driving recklessly on westbound Interstate 70. During the traffic stop, the motorcyclist was reportedly under the influence of an unknown substance and was taken into custody.
• Sunday, Oct. 11 — Georgetown police responded to a theft in the 1500 block of Argentine Street that occurred the previous night. A man walked into the store and took a six-pack of beer while a woman distracted the clerk. Officers are investigating a local couple in the case.
