ROCKFORD, ILL. — Susan Matthews, a resident of Brighton, was announced as a Distinguished Scholar at Rockford University.
Students attending Rockford University were named Distinguished Scholars for the fall 2013 semester who earned at least a 3.75 GPA with no grades below “C.”
