Westminster City Council voted on the following legislation during the April 14 meeting.
Council members in attendance were Mayor Herb Atchison, Mayor Pro Tem Faith Winter and councilors Bob Briggs, Alberto Garcia, Bruce Baker and Anita Seitz.
