The Historic Westminster Jazz & Art Festival is taking booth applications for the festival coming up on June 14. The event includes a concert with a line-up of amazing jazz musicians and other events and activities at galleries, restaurant and shops throughout the district. Blue Dolphin Swim Training Center will hold a grand opening of the new facility at 7655 W. 108th Ave. in Westminster from 12-3 p.m. on Sunday, April 27. There will be food, fun activities, and door prizes every 30 minutes. But the grand prize will be a year’s worth of swimming lessons for one lucky student.
