Yoga 101-Part 2 In this new 5 part series you will learn the form of each pose introduced, benefits to mind, body and spirit and how to find them in your body. Variations, adjustments and alternatives to the poses will also be explored in this workshop style series. Perfect for beginners or those wishing to deepen their practice.
