Everyone deserves a chance to share their talents with the world from a stage. With the help of theater professionals and 16 teen volunteers, more than 20 kids and adults with special needs had the chance to shine during the “Dylan’s Down With the Arts” theater camp at the Parker Arts, Culture and Events Center July 7-11. They rehearsed skits and Broadway songs like “Hard-Knock Life” from “Annie” before putting on a performance for family and friends. Photos by Chris Michlewicz
