Public input sought on 2015-2016 budget

Posted

Development of the proposed 2015 and 2016 budget for the City of Westminster is in progress. Westminster city council will host public budget meetings to collect input during their regular council meetings at 7 p.m. on Mondays, June 9 and July 28, at Westminster City Hall. Citizens will have the opportunity to provide requests, comments and suggestions. These public meetings are an informal opportunity for citizens to provide input to the city council on the city budget. Additionally, a formal public hearing on Sept. 8 will be held to solicit citizen input on the 2015 and 2016 proposed city budget. Questions about the city budget process should be directed to the City Manager’s Office at 303-658-2009.
