These on-going monthly workshops will cover the fundamentals of everything you need to begin or deepen your existing practice. There are many great reasons to add yoga to your day and your life. Join us as we explore the postures (asana) and work with our breath (pranayama) to become centered. Explore the various types of meditation to find what fits into your lifestyle. Get a touch of yoga philosophy as we discuss a variety of topics including the Chakras and the Eight Limbs of Classical Yoga.
Each session will include meditation, pranayama and principles of alignment for selected postures. Join anytime and bring questions!
