All-League soccer selections announced

Douglas County’s Kingery named coach of the year

Douglas County High’s Ron Kingery was named the 2013 Continental League girls soccer Coach of the Year and Rock Canyon’s Kaycie Young was tabbed as the Player of the Year.
Douglas County tied for fourth in the league with a 6-4-1 record and the Huskies were 9-6-1 overall. It was the first winning campaign in four seasons for Douglas County.
Young scored 13 goals and had 35 points for league champion Rock Canyon.
