Some things to consider:
1. Photos: We’re happy to run your photos, but we want them to
look nice. Make your submissions:
200 DPI
8 inches wide
.jpg format
2. Where will it run?: We have 13 papers in Colorado. Include
information in anything you send us about the community you’d like
your notice to appear.
3. Editing: We reserve the right to edit all submissions to our
newspapers.
4. Contact information: Please include a name and telephone
number with anything you send us. We may have questions for you
about your submittal or we may pass your submittal to a reporter
who may include you in an upcoming story. We won’t publish your
contact information unless it’s part of your news release.
